That seems to be the word on the forecast, for the next week.  It would seem that the forecast is calling for rain & showers, for the foreseeable future.  Here is the latest forecast from Environment Canada.  For  today, Periods of rain. Fog dissipating early this morning. Amount 15 to 25 mm. Wind becoming east 20 km/h gusting to 40 near noon. High 10 except plus 5 along parts of the coast. UV index 2 or low.
Tonight Periods of drizzle or showers. Fog patches. Amount 5 to 10 mm. Wind east 20 km/h gusting to 40 becoming light this evening. Low plus 5.
Wed, 24 Apr Cloudy. Showers beginning early in the afternoon. Fog patches dissipating in the morning. High 12 except temperature steady near plus 5 along parts of the coast.
Night Showers. Low plus 4.
Thu, 25 Apr Showers. High 8.
Night Clear. Low zero.
Fri, 26 Apr A mix of sun and cloud with 60 percent chance of showers. High 8.
