Sure, … We all tend to complain, when we lose power, be it for a few seconds, or days.  But perhaps, if you had the view from the perspective of a qualified lineman, whose job it is to repair broken lines.  Then some of us might think twice, before complaining.  On the other side of the story, we all know that Emera / Nova Scotia power has been applying for rate increases, and extra monies, from those who opted into becoming less reliant, on the grid.
