We have all seen it.  In most of HRM.  A house, or lot of land goes up for sale.  The next thing you know, there is a large hole in the ground, with a multi story building, sprouting from it, such as this one, near the intersection of Oxford Street, and Bayers Road.  With rents, starting from $1,000.00 Per Month, you end up asking yourself, just who can afford this?  Is Halifax into one of those “Growth Spirts”?  OR, has gentrification, taken hold?
